This role partners with Portfolio Managers, Risk, Trading and Technology to deliver front\-office enhancements, platform change and workflow optimisation across **fixed income, equities and derivatives**. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage Front Office stakeholders to capture, document and validate requirements (discovery through delivery). * Translate investment concepts into clear user stories, functional specs, process maps and data requirements. * Analyse and improve front\-office workflows (portfolio construction, risk analytics inputs, trade/risk processes). * Define test scenarios and support SIT/UAT, ensuring solutions meet front office needs. * Work closely with Technology and vendors to design solutions, manage dependencies and resolve issues. * Contribute to BA standards and best practice as part of a growing permanent team. **Required Experience \& Knowledge** * Demonstrable BA experience within **asset / investment management** environments. * Strong Front Office domain understanding across **fixed income, equities and derivatives**, ideally including: + **Portfolio management \& construction** + **Risk concepts:** duration, tracking error, risk decomposition + **Fixed income:** bond coupon calculations, pricing/yield concepts * Strong stakeholder management, with ability to work effectively with senior front office users. * Solid BA toolkit: requirements engineering, user stories, process mapping, data mapping, testing support. * Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery models. **Desirable Platforms / Tools** Experience with front office / risk / OMS platforms is highly valued, including (but not limited to): * **MSCI Barra**, **Axioma**, **Bloomberg AIM (BBG AIM)** * **SimCorp Dimension** and/or **BlackRock Aladdin** (Candidates familiar with these platforms are typically well\-equipped to operate in a front office change environment.) **Attributes** * Analytical, detail\-oriented, delivery\-focused. * Collaborative mindset with appetite to help build and scale a BA capability.
