Landscape Construction Super Intendent

Safari Pools and Landscaping is looking for a superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate would have the ability to manage large commercial projects that includes landscape, irrigation, low voltage lighting and hardscape installations. **Requirements:** * Experience in construction preferably, in medium to large Landscape construction projects. * Communicate with Landscape Architects, General Contractors, Inspectors and other Sub Contractors as required to complete the contracted work. * Ability to review submittals, plans, specifications and construction related documents for a complete understanding of the scope of work to be performed. * Oversee all aspects of contracted projects. * Knowledge of all aspect related to Commercial Landscape excavation, irrigation, planting practices. * Daily oversight and supervision of Foreman. * Assist in ordering irrigation materials, plants, inert materials, and equipment required to ensure conformance to plans and specifications. * Transport equipment as required for daily construction. * Be familiar with 811 Arizona Blue Stake and the ability to ensure locations have been called in and marked prior to beginning construction. * Communicate job status to Project Manager on a daily basis for all projects. * Ensure all field safety is in compliance related to PPE, equipment transport, equipment and vehicle operation. * Have the knowledge of operation and maintenance of equipment common to our industry. * OSHA 30 certified and understanding of Safety practices for construction. * Strong written and oral communication skills * Ability to use the internet and Microsoft Office 365\. * Bilingual preferred.
