Physical Therapy Aide (Part\-Time) **Southland Physical Therapy** Southland Physical Therapy is dedicated to creating the perfect patient experience—helping individuals live happy and live well. We are seeking a **motivated and energetic Physical Therapy Aide** to join our team and support our Physical Therapists in delivering high\-quality care. Responsibilities: * Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and assigned modalities * Maintain a welcoming, positive, and professional environment * Facilitate patient flow between lobby, treatment rooms, and gym * Clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment * Monitor supplies and report equipment or patient care concerns * Adhere to HIPAA regulations and clinic standards Qualifications: **Required** * High School Diploma or GED * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to learn proper exercise form and follow PT direction * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment * Available 20–30 hours per week **Preferred** * Prior healthcare or Physical Therapy Aide experience * Students or graduates in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Pre\-PT/Pre\-PTA, ATC, or Rehab Sciences * Spanish speaking Schedule: * Part\-time, Monday–Friday * Flexible availability between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Join a positive, mission\-driven clinic where teamwork and patient care come first.
