Senior Blockchain Engineer

The responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying blockchain\-based applications, creating secure and scalable smart contract solutions, and working on back\-end systems with a focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain integration. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure the implementation of advanced cryptographic protocols and Web3 features, contributing to the continuous improvement of our decentralized infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain blockchain\-based applications and infrastructure * Build and optimize smart contracts and decentralized application (dApp) architecture * Develop backend services and APIs integrating blockchain protocols and wallet systems * Lead technical architecture discussions focused on scalability, interoperability, and security * Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to deliver end\-to\-end Web3 experiences * Ensure performance, transaction efficiency, and reliability across blockchain systems * Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, Layer\-2 solutions, and ecosystem integrations * Contribute to technical leadership, engineering standards, and development best practices * Participate in technical planning and solution design aligned with long\-term product vision **Qualifications** * 5\+ years of software engineering experience with strong blockchain development expertise * Deep understanding of Solidity and EVM\-compatible ecosystems * Experience building DeFi, tokenized asset, staking, or blockchain infrastructure solutions * Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js * Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks for Web3 integration * Hands\-on experience with Web3 tooling such as Ethers.js, Web3\.js, Hardhat, or Foundry * Strong understanding of blockchain security principles and smart contract design * Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud environments * Strong communication and remote collaboration skills **Nice to Have** * Experience with Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot, or non\-EVM ecosystems * Familiarity with cross\-chain protocols, bridges, or Layer\-2 infrastructure * Experience with tokenized real\-estate, NFT ecosystems, or DAO governance * Open\-source or Web3 community contributions **Why Join** * Build real Web3 products with practical utility and long\-term ecosystem value * High ownership and direct influence on architecture and product direction * Remote\-first and globally distributed team * Opportunity to work across DeFi, RWA, interoperability, and next\-generation blockchain infrastructure * Fast\-moving environment with strong growth and leadership opportunities
