Project Manager

**Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning \& Coordination** * Plan, coordinate, and manage building maintenance projects from initiation to close\-out * Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans * Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and service providers * Ensure effective allocation of resources and materials **Contract \& Contractor Management** * Manage appointed contractors and service providers * Monitor contractor performance against SLAs and contracts * Verify work completed and approve progress claims * Ensure compliance with procurement and contractual requirements **Quality Control \& Compliance** * Ensure maintenance works comply with client's standards, building regulations, and SANS requirements * Enforce compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Construction Regulations * Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks * Address non\-conformances and implement corrective actions **Health, Safety \& Environmental Management** * Ensure safe working practices on all project sites * Review and approve Health and Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements * Report and investigate incidents and near misses * Ensure environmental compliance during maintenance activities **Financial \& Budget Control** * Manage project budgets and control costs * Track expenditure and ensure value for money * Prepare financial reports and forecasts * Manage variation orders and additional works **Reporting \& Stakeholder Communication** * Prepare and submit progress reports to management and stakeholders * Chair and attend site and progress meetings * Maintain accurate project documentation and records * Communicate risks, delays, and mitigation measures timeously **Project Close\-Out** * Ensure completion of snag lists and defect corrections * Verify handover documentation and as\-built drawings * Ensure final inspections and project sign\-off * Close out contracts and submit final project reports Job Type: Part\-time Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kempton Park, Gauteng 1619
