About the role

**Job Summary**We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Electrical Supervisor** to lead **ground\-up and large\-scale multifamily electrical construction projects**. This role is focused exclusively on **new construction installations**—including rough\-in through trim and final turnover. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multifamily electrical systems, production\-driven scheduling, and field leadership, with the ability to manage crews, coordinate with other trades, collaboration with owners, designers, and architects, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to spec.**Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on **multifamily new\-construction job sites** * Lead installations from underground and rough\-in through trim, punch, and final inspections * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with NEC, local AHJ requirements, project plans, specifications, and company quality standards * Drive production schedules to meet milestone dates and overall project deadlines * Coordinate electrical scope with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, general contractors, owners design teams, and other trades * Utilize construction management software (e.g., Procore) for drawings, RFIs, daily reports, and documentation * Perform quality control inspections to ensure consistency, code compliance, and minimal rework * Verify material usage, crew productivity, and proper installation methods * Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to foremen and electricians in a fast\-paced, production\-focused environment * Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or cost **Experience \& Qualifications** * Minimum **4\+ years of supervisory experience** in **multifamily electrical new construction** * Strong understanding of multifamily electrical systems, including unit layouts, feeders, panels, lighting, fire alarm coordination, and site electrical * Proven experience managing crews across multiple buildings or phases simultaneously * Solid knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and inspection processes * Experience working from construction drawings, specifications, and fixture schedules * Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate with project stakeholders * Experience with production\-based electrical construction (not service or maintenance work) We invite qualified candidates with a **multifamily construction mindset** who thrive in large\-scale new\-build environments and are ready to lead crews from slab to CO to apply.
