Chief Operating Officer

**This role will be compensated with founding equity.** ByteStrike is building a regulated, blockchain\-native perpetual futures exchange for GPU compute pricing. We're a small, fast\-moving team backed by audited infrastructure and a clear regulatory path, and we're looking for a COO to be the operational backbone of the company as we move toward launch. This is a high\-autonomy role with real ownership. You'll work directly alongside the founder, with the latitude to shape how the company runs rather than inheriting someone else's playbook. If you've operated inside a regulated digital\-asset exchange or a comparable financial\-markets business and you want the scope to build something rather than maintain it, this is that seat.
