Domiciliary Care Worker (Female Driver)

**Job Overview** We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high\-quality support and assistance to individuals in homes, assisted living, nursing homes, and private homes. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through attentive caregiving and support. **Responsibilities** * Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility * Support with meal preparation and feeding as required * Administer medication in accordance with prescribed instructions * Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive environment * Manage behaviour effectively, especially in clients with dementia or Alzheimer's care needs * Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment * Support clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary * Drive clients to appointments or social activities, ensuring safety at all times * Monitor health conditions and report any concerns to healthcare professionals promptly * Engage in activities that promote mental and physical wellbeing **Experience** * Access to your own car \& valid driving licence. * Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care environments is highly desirable * Knowledge of care practices, including dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, and senior care * Experience with medication administration and first aid certification is advantageous * Familiarity with behaviour management techniques for individuals with cognitive impairments * Experience in childcare or caring for vulnerable adults is beneficial.
