HR Manager (Bilingual Spanish Required) **Location:** Henderson, NV **Industry:** Manufacturing **Schedule:** Monday–Friday **Compensation:** $75,000–$80,000 **Employment Type:** Temp\-to\-Hire We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager to oversee full\-cycle human resources operations at our Henderson manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining workplace safety standards, and fostering a positive and productive employee environment. Occasional travel to company locations in Nevada and California is required. Key Responsibilities • Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes • Ensure compliance with federal, Nevada, and California labor laws • Manage OSHA compliance, workplace safety programs, injury reporting, and workers' compensation • Oversee prevailing wage compliance (Davis\-Bacon, CA DIR, NV Labor Commission) • Partner with payroll to ensure HRIS accuracy, payroll processing, and certified payroll compliance • Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives Qualifications • 5\+ years of progressive HR experience (management experience preferred) • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations • Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
