You'll work closely with patients of all ages in an outpatient orthopedic and sports\-focused setting. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about personalized care, committed to best practices, and eager to be part of a team\-oriented culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform thorough evaluations to determine patient needs and develop tailored treatment goals * Create and implement evidence\-based care plans focused on functional outcomes * Deliver hands\-on care, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities * Educate patients on their diagnosis, recovery strategies, and injury prevention * Collaborate with referring physicians and other providers to coordinate care * Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company standards **Qualifications:** * Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program * Current Texas state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist * Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and/or sports rehab settings * New graduates welcome – mentorship provided * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Self\-motivated with a growth mindset and patient\-first approach **Why Join Vista Physical Therapy?** At Vista, you're more than a provider — you're part of a community.
