Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer (Founding Engineer) Location: Remote (United States) Type: Full\-time **About The Role** We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer as a founding engineer to build and own the cloud foundation of a healthcare technology platform. You will be the first dedicated DevOps hire and will define infrastructure, reliability, and delivery practices from the ground up. Google Cloud Platform is the core technology and deep GCP experience is required. What you will do * Own and operate the production GCP environment end to end * Establish infrastructure\-as\-code, CI/CD, and observability from scratch * Drive reliability, incident response, disaster recovery, and cost optimization * Partner closely with engineering as the platform scales * Support SOC 2 and HIPAA through strong infrastructure design Must\-have experience * 5\+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering * Deep, hands\-on Google Cloud Platform experience in production (required) * Infrastructure\-as\-code experience built from the ground up * Comfort operating as a founding or first DevOps engineer Nice to have * Experience in regulated environments * Google Cloud certification **Compensation** * $180\-220 \+ Bonus * Full Benefits * Equity Additional Information: For additional information or to apply, please contact bsamela@talener.com
