**Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant: Lakeshore Bone and Joint Institute Portage** **Job Type:** Full\-time **Schedule:** Monday\-Friday 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm **Work setting:** Outpatient Sports Medicine \& Orthopedic Clinic **Location:** 3691 Willowcreek Road, Suite 102, Portage, IN 46368 **Lakeshore Bone \& Joint Institute in Portage, IN** is seeking a **Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapy Assistant** *with an interest in sports rehabilitation* to join our team.
