Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day\-to\-day operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of real estate projects, sales operations, customer service, and internal processes. The COO will work closely with the CEO to implement business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and support company growth. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of **real estate projects, sales, CRM, administration, and site activities** * Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational systems * Coordinate between **Sales, Marketing, Construction, CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams** * Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance * Improve operational efficiency and cost control * Support business expansion, new project launches, and strategic planning * Review MIS reports, performance metrics, and operational KPIs * Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution * Ensure compliance with RERA, legal, and regulatory requirements * Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and senior managers Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field * MBA or equivalent qualification preferred * **10\+ years of experience** in real estate operations or senior management role * Strong leadership, decision\-making, and problem\-solving skills * Excellent communication and coordination abilities * Strong knowledge of real estate project lifecycle and compliance * Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously Preferred Experience * Experience in **residential / commercial real estate development** * Exposure to large\-scale projects and multi\-location operations * Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle Compensation * Salary: As per industry standards * Performance\-based incentives Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Internet reimbursement * Leave encashment * Paid sick time Work Location: In person
