Outdoor Living Installer/Technician

**Job Summary** Join our dynamic team as an Outdoor Living Installer/Technician, where you'll bring innovative outdoor spaces to life! This energetic role involves installing and servicing custom outdoor living features such as motorized retractable patio screens \& aluminum pergolas. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and design teams to ensure each project exceeds expectations. Your expertise in construction, carpentry, framing and outdoor installations will help transform ordinary yards into extraordinary retreats that enhance lifestyle and property value. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast\-paced, rewarding environment dedicated to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Install motorized retractable patio screens \& home autmotion programming. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately * Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites * Manage on\-site construction activities while adhering to safety standards and building codes * Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget * Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and troubleshoot issues during installation processes * Assist with demolition, preparation of surfaces, concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work as needed **Requirements** * Proven experience in outdoor construction or landscape installation; familiarity with hardscape, masonry, carpentry, roofing, or related trades preferred * Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings * Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, concrete finishing equipment, and heavy machinery operation * Experience with plumbing systems, electrical components, glass installation or cabinet installation is a plus * Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical schematics accurately * Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and outdoor installations * Excellent problem\-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges * Valid driver’s license; ability to operate various types of construction equipment safely Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces!
