Onboarding Specialist

Akkodis is seeking an **Onboarding Specialist I** for a **6 months contract** with a client. **Title: Onboarding Specialist/ Innovation Program Coordinator** **Location: Remote** **Contract: 6 months contract Contract** **Pay Rate: $40\-$45/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)** Overview * Role is focused on supporting onboarding activities and projects across global hotel and corporate teams. * Candidate will act as the central point of communication for onboarding initiatives. * Fully remote position. * Contract duration: 6 months (ongoing project) Key Responsibilities * Manage end\-to\-end onboarding activities. * Coordinate leadership communication across global teams. * Schedule onboarding sessions and Q\&A sessions. * Host onboarding calls for large global audiences (including Asia\-Pacific regions). * Work closely with hotel General Managers, hotel staff, and corporate office teams. * Support stakeholder communication and coordination globally. * Prepare and deliver presentations for onboarding initiatives. Technical Skills * Microsoft PowerPoint * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft Outlook Education * Undergraduate degree required.
