**Company Description** **Job Description** **Role: Project Manager** **Location: Tempe, AZ, 85283 \- Hybrid: 1 day in\-office, 4 days remote** **Type: Contract** **Need Local independent consultants only** **Max rate is $45/hr on W2** **Key Responsibilities:** * Project Leadership: Lead complex, integrated IT projects from planning to execution, providing oversight and direction. * Team Management: Supervise technical workgroups, establish schedules/workflows, manage hiring/onboarding/training, and implement performance management. * Budget \& Procurement: Prepare and administer workgroup budgets and manage purchases. Technical Oversight: Develop standards, design/architect complex solutions (voice, data, network), oversee network performance, and ensure cybersecurity/compliance. * Coordination: Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, department leadership, and manage vendors for enterprise\-wide deployments. * Documentation: Create technical documentation, including system architecture and troubleshooting procedures. **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
