Lead Operations Analyst

We are seeking a **Lead Operations Analyst** to drive operational excellence through data\-driven insights, process optimization, and cross\-functional execution. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Technology to improve performance, streamline workflows, and strengthen governance across end\-to\-end operational processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **operational performance management**: define KPIs, build dashboards, track trends, and deliver actionable insights. * Own **root\-cause analysis** for operational issues (quality, cycle time, cost, SLA) and implement corrective actions. * Identify, prioritize, and deliver **process improvement initiatives** (standardization, automation, controls). * Translate business needs into **requirements/user stories**; support solution design, UAT, and rollout readiness. * Maintain **operational governance**: SOPs, controls, risk tracking, audit readiness, and compliance documentation. * Manage **work plans** for initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and change management. * Coach and mentor analysts; set analysis standards and improve reporting/insight quality. * Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations, impact sizing, and implementation roadmap. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related field. * **5–8\+ years** in operations analytics, business analysis, process improvement, or similar roles; experience leading initiatives. * Strong analytical capability (SQL/Excel; BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau preferred); ability to structure messy problems. * Demonstrated experience with **process improvement** methods (Lean/Six Sigma preferred) and automation mindset. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills—able to influence without authority. * Comfortable working in fast\-paced, multi\-priority environments.
