In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company with new tools, we are looking for an IT Service Engineer to join our team in Greece! The person in this role will provide technical assistance to our users and staff, with duties such as ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software tools, enhancing system performance, but also standardizing and innovating our IT infrastructure through interesting projects. What you’ll be doing: - Independently executing IT support tasks and ticket resolution - Managing user accounts and groups in M365 - Administering company-used tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.) - Supporting VPN configurat
