**Description** **About this position:** We are eagerly seeking candidates with 9 to 12 years’ experience for the position of highly skilled Actimize Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. * **Role:** Actimize Lead * **Location:** Mumbai/Bangalore * **Experience:** 9 to 12 years * **Job type:** Full time * **Work type:** Hybrid **Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities** * **ActOne/SAM/CTR Upgrade \& Standardization** + Lead or support the upgrade of Actimize ActOne/SAM/CTR across multiple functional modules. + Develop and implement standardized configurations, workflows, UI components, and business rules. + Ensure backward compatibility and minimize downtime during upgrade cycles. * **Configuration \& Design** + Configure ActOne/SAM/CTR components including alert workflows, dashboards, layouts, and queues. + Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs. + Optimize ActOne performance through configuration tuning and streamlined data processing. * **Custom Plugin Development (Java)** + Develop, enhance, and maintain ActOne/SAM/CTR plug\-ins using Java. + Integrate ActOne with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., AML, fraud, case management platforms). + Ensure custom components follow best practices and meet enterprise security and compliance standards. * **Case Management Integration (Preferred)** + Work with case management workflows to align ActOne/SAM/CTR alerts with case creation, routing, and disposition processes. + Configure and optimize alert\-to\-case handoff logic. * **Testing \& Deployment** + Develop test cases and support UAT, regression, and integration testing. + Coordinate with infrastructure teams for deployment, versioning, and migration across environments. * **Documentation \& Knowledge Transfer** + Create detailed technical documentation, configuration guides, and support materials. + Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams and stakeholders. **Required Skills \& Experience** * **8\+ years** of hands\-on experience with **Actimize ActOne/SAM/CTR** (depending on seniority level). * Strong technical expertise in: + ActOne/SAM/CTR **configuration, design, and workflow setup** + **Java\-based plug\-in** development for ActOne + Integration with AML/Fraud systems or case management platforms * Experience in **ActOne upgrades**, environment setup, and version management. * Solid understanding of **financial crime compliance**, AML, fraud operations, or risk systems. * Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues within ActOne and supporting systems. **Why should you join Xoriant?** Xoriant is a trusted provider of digital engineering services, renowned for building and operating complex platforms and products at scale.
