Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Social Media to lead, manage, and execute the company’s social media strategy across all platforms. This senior, hands-on role ensures consistent content output, maintains brand standards, and drives measurable growth. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely content delivery, and enhancing the online presence through strong execution, strategic alignment, and high-quality visuals. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage daily social media operations across all platforms. • Execute and maintain a consistent publishing schedule without delays. • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards. • Drive follower and engagement growth through effective content execution. • Manage content calendars, and cross-department coordination. • Track performance and present platform insights and reporting. • Maintain an organized content pipeline to ensure continuous, timely content output. Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience managing social media for finance, trading, or fintech brands. • Deep knowledge of platform best practices and content formats. • Ability to manage high-volume content production in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams. • Familiarity with analytics tools and KPI tracking. • Ability to maintain strict brand consistency across all platforms. • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
