This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical thinking, academic projects, or internship exposure, who want to learn how data is used to drive business decisions. **Location:** \[Onsite / Hybrid / Remote] **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Experience Level:** Freshers / 0–3 Years **Key Responsibilities** • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management • Support senior business analysts in requirement analysis and solution design • Work on academic, internship, or internal projects involving real business data • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood • Learn and apply industry best practices in business analysis • Participate in meetings, discussions, and knowledge\-sharing sessions **Required Skills \& Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree (or final\-year student) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills • Basic understanding of data analysis and business metrics • Knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis) • Basic knowledge of SQL or databases (good to have) • Understanding of business processes and workflows • Good communication and documentation skills • Strong willingness to learn and adapt **Preferred / Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)** • Academic projects or internships in Business Analysis / Data Analysis • Exposure to tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio • Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies • Knowledge of requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories) • Online certifications or courses in Business Analysis or Data Analytics
