About the role
**Job Summary:**
The Data Analyst will turn raw data into actionable insights that drive decision\-making across the organization. If you enjoy spotting patterns, building dashboards, and telling stories with numbers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (internal systems, databases, third\-party tools).
* Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic business decisions.
* Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
* Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into clear analytical solutions.
* Create and maintain documentation on data sources, processes, and methodologies.
* Present findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
* 2\+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
* Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
* Experience with data wrangling tools or languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills — ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience working with cloud\-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL methodologies, database creation and management of servers/DBs
* Knowledge of statistical methods or predictive modeling.
* Experience with EHR data and CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Kipu, AdvancedMD).
