Lead architect, preference for HR domain experience, data transformation experience. * Lead the end\-to\-end architecture design of enterprise applications using Java and related technologies. * Remain hands\-on with coding, design reviews, and proof‑of‑concept development. * Implement data transformation and integration strategies across systems. * Design scalable APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures. * Establish architecture standards, best practices, and design guidelines. * Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Ensure non‑functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and reliability are met. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and senior engineers. * Support cloud migration, modernization, and system integration initiatives. * Review and approve technical designs, frameworks, and technology choices.
