Exercise Physiologist

About HYDE AEP \& Progressive Sports Medicine HYDE AEP operates within Progressive Sports Medicine a multidisciplinary clinic delivering high\-quality care across sports medicine, rehabilitation, and preventative health. This role is ideal for an EP who enjoys working independently, values evidence\-based practice, and wants to be part of a clinic that integrates exercise physiology, sports medicine, and preventative health at a high standard. You’ll work closely with sports physicians, GPs, dietitians, and allied health professionals, managing a diverse caseload across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, metabolic health, and performance\-based care. Key Responsibilities * Deliver 1:1 exercise physiology consultations * Manage complex musculoskeletal and chronic disease presentations * Design and progress individualised exercise programs * Conduct and interpret DEXA body composition scans (training provided if required) * Conduct and interpret VO₂ max and metabolic testing (training provided if required) * Communicate effectively with referring doctors and allied health * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports * Contribute to a collaborative, professional clinic environment About You Essential * Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) * Minimum 2–3 years clinical experience * Confident working autonomously * Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills * Interest in musculoskeletal rehab, metabolic health, or performance Desirable * Experience with complex or long\-term rehab cases * Interest in preventative health, longevity, or performance testing * Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary setting What We Offer * $39–$46 per hour \+ super, based on experience * Uncapped performance\-based commission * Part\-time role (20–28 hrs/week) with pathway to full\-time * Structured onboarding and mentoring * Access to advanced testing equipment (DEXA, VO₂ max, metabolic testing) * Supportive, professional, and non\-burnout clinic culture * Opportunity to grow with an expanding business Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: $39\.00 – $46\.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week Benefits: * Employee mentoring program * Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
