We are seeking a dedicated **Physical Therapist (PT)** to provide evidence\-based care in a collaborative, patient\-focused outpatient environment in **Glenwood, Arkansas**. Why Glenwood, AR? Located near the Ouachita Mountains and Caddo River, the area provides year\-round opportunities for **kayaking, hiking, fishing, and scenic outdoor recreation**, along with a welcoming community, affordable living, and easy access to Hot Springs and Little Rock for additional entertainment and amenities. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Deliver skilled physical therapy services to improve pain, strength, and functional mobility. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence\-based practices. * Accurately document evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines. * Supervise and collaborate with PTAs, therapy technicians, and administrative staff. * Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe self\-care techniques. * Maintain a safe, professional, and patient\-centered clinical environment **Qualifications:** * Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. * Active Arkansas PT license (or eligibility). * 1–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome). * Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. * Commitment to evidence\-based care and measurable patient outcomes. **Physical Demands:** * Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers. * Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently. * May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients. *Hot Springs Sports Medicine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer that values and encourages diversity.*
