About the role
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to support high\-volume onboarding operations in a fast\-paced environment. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding activities including background checks, I\-9 compliance, occupational health scheduling, orientation coordination, onboarding documentation, and HR system updates.
**Required Skills:**
* **5\+ years of onboarding, HR operations, or recruiting coordination experience**
* **Experience with background checks, I\-9/E\-Verify, onboarding paperwork, and compliance audits**
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Experience working with ATS/HR systems (Workday preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high\-volume environment
* Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
