About the role
We’re looking for an experienced
**Business Analyst Specialist for a 12 months contract**
to join a fast\-paced financial services environment, working across business and technology to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.
**Minimum Requirements**
* 6\+ years’ experience as a
**Business Analyst**
* Experience within
**banking or financial services (MUST)**
* Relevant degree or diploma in a related field
* **IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)**
**Responsibilities**
* Work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand
**business needs, processes, and objectives**
* Build a
**holistic view of business strategy, information, and technology**
* Align business requirements with
**IT strategy and system capabilities**
* Analyse and document
**current and future state processes**
* Translate business needs into
**clear functional and technical requirements**
* Ensure effective integration of
**business processes, data, and technology**
* Operate across both
**high\-level strategic analysis and detailed requirements**
* Support delivery in
**complex, fast\-paced environments**
