3+ years in analytics, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial platforms.Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (wallets, bridges, DEXs, token mechanics).Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, visualization tools).Experience developing ETL pipelines with Airflow or equivalent orchestrators.Familiarity with dbt and version-controlled analytics workflows.Ability to build clear and intuitive BI dashboards (QuickSight, Tableau, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into business impact.
