**Dental Practice Manager – High\-Growth Private Practice** Rugby, Midlands Kreate Dental Full\-Time Position **Leadership Opportunity in a Rapidly Expanding Private Practice** Kreate Dental is a fast\-growing, dynamic dental group with ambitious expansion plans and a powerful in\-house marketing engine. Following a full refurbishment of our Rugby practice, we are seeking a driven, commercially minded **Practice Manager** to lead, develop and elevate our team. This is not a maintenance role. This is a leadership and growth role. Our predominantly private, fully digital practice attracts a high volume of new patient enquiries each month. We now require a strong operational leader to maximise team performance, efficiency and patient experience. **The Role** As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for: * Leading and motivating the full practice team, including **Dental Nurses and Reception staff** * Managing rotas, staffing levels and team performance * Supporting the clinical team to maximise diary utilisation and private revenue * Driving KPIs, revenue growth and operational efficiency * Implementing and refining systems and processes * Ensuring compliance and high clinical governance standards * Overseeing patient journey, customer service and practice reputation * Creating a positive, accountable and high\-performance culture * Ensure smooth day\-to\-day operational management You will play a central role in building a motivated, well\-organised nursing team that supports clinicians effectively and delivers an outstanding patient experience. **Who We Are Looking For** We are seeking someone who: * Has strong leadership and management experience * Is confident managing and developing teams (including Dental Nurses) * Is commercially aware and performance\-driven * Is highly organised and systems\-focused * Is confident with computers and new digital systems * Thrives in a fast\-paced, growth\-oriented environment Dental experience is advantageous but **not essential**. Strong management capability, leadership presence and operational confidence are the priority.
