Conversational AI agents for Customer Service. Are you a storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into content that drives engagement and growth? We’re searching for a Content Marketing Manager to be the voice of Conduit across blogs, social media, and other channels. In this role, you’ll create compelling content that educates our audience on the Conduit platform. What You’ll Do Content creation: Produce a wide range of content to fuel our marketing engine – including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, and videos. Social media & community: Assist on Conduit’s social presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and beyond). Thought leadership initiatives: Work with our founders and industry experts to ghostwrite op-eds, thought pieces, or webinar content. You’ll help position Conduit (and its leadership) as go-to thought leaders in the hospitality and AI space by consistently delivering insightful, high-quality content.
