Tax Consultant

**TAX CONSULTANT** A vacancy exists in the Pietermaritzburg office of a national firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors for an experienced Tax Consultant to commence duties as soon as possible. **Main Responsibilities** · Handling Tax, VAT and PAYE Audits · Liaising with clients and SARS regarding the above mentioned Audits · Assessments · Ensuring that letters are sent to Clients for payment · Dealing with all Tax related queries that may arise **Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience** * Bcom Degree * Qualification in Taxation would be advantages * 2 years’ experience in a similar role * Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) **Behavioural Competencies** · Must pay attention to detail · Team player with the ability to work independently · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels · Able to meet deadlines and be innovative in a pressurized environment Job Type: Permanent Pay: From R12 000,00 per month Work Location: In person
