**Hospice Clinical Liaison / Admissions Specialist** **(RN / LPN / LVN / Hospice Clinicians Encouraged to Apply)** **Location: Within 60 mile radius of Clackamas, OR 97015** **Salary: $80,000\-$110,000/per year \+ bonuses** **Schedule: Monday\-Friday \| Full\-Time \| Flexible Schedule** **Use Your Clinical Expertise—Without the Bedside Burnout** **Agape Hospice NW** is seeking a **Hospice Clinical Liaison / Admissions Specialist** with strong hospice or post\-acute care knowledge to help educate families, build referral relationships, and guide patients into compassionate end\-of\-life care.
