**Human Resource Generalist** Employers Resource is a leading California based Human Resource Administration company specializing in helping organizations navigate the complex landscape of federal, state and local employment regulations. This position is based in San Marcos, CA with an opportunity for a hybrid telework schedule. We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team and support the delivery of comprehensive HR programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws, along with proven experience in employment practices, employee relations, and HR best practices. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will manage a wide range of HR functions, from hiring and onboarding to performance support. Key responsibilities include organizing training initiatives, administering employee benefits, managing leaves of absence and developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures. You will utilize Human Resources Information Systems to ensure accurate and up\-to\-date employee records.
