Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst Must be in the Greater Boston Area We are seeking a **Senior Business Analyst** to act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. This individual will gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non\-functional requirements. * Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and requirements\-gathering meetings. * Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mapping documents, and other project artifacts. * Partner with business users, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solutions. * Support testing efforts, including test case creation, UAT, and defect resolution. * Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, risks, and dependencies. * Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills * 7\-10 years of Business Analysis experience. * Strong experience with Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies. * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Visio, and Lucidchart. * Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data analysis. * Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, data dictionaries, and process documentation. Nice to Have * Experience with Postman, Splunk, ALM, TestRail, or Zephyr. * Basic knowledge of Java, Python, or C\+\+. * Experience supporting large\-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
