Job Description – Medical RepresentativePosition Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong professional relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. This is a full\-time, in\-person position offering competitive pay. Key Responsibilities * Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. * Deliver product presentations and provide scientific information to support prescribing decisions. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding market share. * Organize and participate in promotional activities such as medical camps, seminars, and product launches. * Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies effectively. * Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and territory performance. * Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build long\-term professional relationships. * Self\-motivated with resilience to meet challenging targets. * Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but not mandatory. * Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
