This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering excellent service to our patients. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and assist patients at the front desk * Schedule and manage patient appointments * Verify insurance benefits and submit authorizations * Provide accurate information about clinic services and physical therapy benefits * Answer patient questions with confidence and professionalism * Maintain accountability for daily tasks and responsibilities * Support billing processes and handle claims data **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Ability to work under pressure and multi\-task effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent time management and organizational abilities * Self\-motivated with a proactive work ethic * Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes * Experience with claims data * Spanish Speaker is a preferred but not required. **Office Hours** * *Monday – Thursday* * *7:30 AM – 6:30 PM* * *Friday* * *7:30 AM \- 4:30PM* Must be available to work these hours but will not work the full day unless needed. **Benefits** * Competitive pay, increases with experience. * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance coverage * Paid time off (vacation and holidays) * Retirement plan options * Bonus structure based on performance * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Supportive team environment with a mission\-driven culture **Why Join Us?** This is a busy and challenging role, but you’ll be part of a team that truly cares about patients.
