**Job Summary: Kinesiology Nurse / Certified Athletic Trainer – Deep Blue Cryotherapy Clinic:** Henderson, NV Deep Blue Cryotherapy Clinic of Henderson specializes in treating patients suffering from inflammation and pain. The localized high\-pressure cryotherapy industry is exploding and you will be part of this global movement. We are seeking an energetic, team\-oriented **Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) / Kinesiology Nurse / Physician’s Assistant,** to help run the clinic. Apply to join us as a full\-time Cryotherapy Specialist who will be instrumental in developing treatments to eliminate inflammation \& pain. **Key Responsibilities (including traditional duties plus recovery \- specific tasks):** * Patient rooming, vital signs, and thorough history taking with focus on mechanism of injury. * Prepping and applying Sterile Adhesive protective drape on treatment area. * Administering high\-pressure cryotherapy treatment and thermal camera assessment. * Providing on\-site event coverage for local sporting events and demonstrations. * Gait analysis, functional movement screening, and patient education on return\-to\-play protocols * Submitting referrals, and responding to patient messages/calls * Maintaining clean and stocked exam rooms and procedure areas * Other clinical and administrative duties as needed **Required Qualifications \& Skills:** * High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred. * Degree / Certification in Kinesiology / Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). * Current Board of Certification (BOC) for the Athletic Trainer (ATC) – not required. * Nevada state licensure as an Athletic Trainer (or eligible) * Previous experience as a certified athletic trainer (collegiate, high school, clinic, or outreach setting preferred) * Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and sports\-related injuries * Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients / athletes of all ages and levels * Proficient with computers/EMR and quick learner * Team player who thrives in a fast\-paced environment **Preferred (but not required):** * Previous medical assistant or orthopedic clinic experience * Played collegiate or competitive sports. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. **Team Culture** We value proactive, positive individuals who take initiative, communicate openly, follow established protocols, and truly enjoy helping active patients get back to their active lifestyle. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance available * Dental and Vision available * Generous Paid Time Off If you meet the above criteria who loves sports medicine / recovery and wants to be part of the exploding localized high\-pressure cryotherapy industry, we’d love to hear from you.
