About the role

Description:You will be the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer for the Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services to USSOCOM. What You Will Be Doing As the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer you will be responsible for safeguarding people, property, and the environment across our operations. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct regular facility inspections, risk assessments, and waste‑segregation audits. Review, investigate, and implement action plans for work‑related injuries, illnesses, accidents, and safety concerns. Coordinate and schedule vendor services, and oversee bulk‑material sampling (e.g., asbestos testing). Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for PIT and earth‑moving equipment, including record‑keeping and certifications.
