Vice President of Finance

**\** We are a growing medical device company focused on women’s healthcare seeking an experienced, hands\-on VP of Finance and Administration to lead our financial operations during a critical period of growth. You will be a key member of the executive team, helping drive business strategy while ensuring our financial and administrative foundations are first\-class. **\** * **Financial Leadership**: Responsible for all financial planning, processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions, including appropriate checks and balances, reporting to the President with a dotted line to the Board of Directors. * **Hands\-On Operational Leadership**: As a "roll\-up\-your\-sleeves" leader, you will manage daily accounting, monthly closings, and general administration (HR/Legal) as well as recruiting, training and mentoring a lean administrative team. * **Operational Excellence**: Be willing to work at all levels—from high\-level board presentations to the tactical details of monthly closings and supply\-chain and distributor management, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence across all levels. **\** * **Proven Track Record**: At least 10\-15 years of finance leadership, with a history of scaling small companies. * **Medical Device Experience: (Preferred)** Understanding of the regulatory, inventory, and reimbursement complexities of the MedTech space. * **Team\-First Mindset**: You are a true team player who values collaboration and mentorship over hierarchy. * **Location**: Residing in or willing to commute to East Memphis, TN.
