Senior Business Analyst - Front Office - Investment Banking

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a global investment bank's Front Office team, supporting the Sales \& Trading business. This role will focus on driving strategic initiatives, delivering technology solutions and improving trading processes across the Front Office environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with Sales \& Trading stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business solutions. * Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams. * Lead analysis, testing, implementation, and delivery of Front Office projects. * Analyse trading workflows and identify process improvement opportunities. * Support regulatory and change initiatives across the business. * Act as a subject matter expert on trading systems, financial products, and market data. **Requirements** * Proven Front Office Business Analyst experience within an investment bank. * Strong knowledge of Sales \& Trading workflows and financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives). * Experience working on technology change, transformation, or system migration projects. * Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. * Familiarity with trading platforms, market data feeds, and risk management systems.
