Steel Detailer

Apollo Technical an experienced Steel Detailer with strong Tekla Structures expertise to produce accurate, fabrication-ready structural steel models and drawings for commercial and industrial projects. This role requires minimal oversight and close coordination with engineers, fabricators, and project teams. Responsibilities - Develop complete 3D structural steel models in Tekla Structures - Produce shop, assembly, and erection drawings to fabrication standards - Model and manage steel connections per engineered design and project criteria - Review contract documents for constructability and completeness - Coordinate directly with engineers, fabricators, and project managers - Resolve clashes, RFIs, and design conflicts proactively - Maintain drawing quality, accuracy, and detailing standards - Support revisions, redlines, and field changes efficiently Qualifications - Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures - Strong understanding of structural steel framing, connections, and erection
