Business Operations Analyst **$30–$34/hour W2 Contract Warren, MI. (Must be local) Hybrid** We are seeking a motivated **Business Operations Analyst** to support cross\-functional teams by driving project coordination, business process improvement, and data\-driven decision making. This role sits between administrative support and management, playing a critical role in maintaining project structure, communication, and performance tracking. **Responsibilities** * Establish and maintain communication across business units and project teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables * Track and manage project metrics, including budgets, expenditures, and performance indicators * Maintain and organize project documentation, communications, and business data for easy access and reporting * Support project planning by developing work breakdown structures and tracking milestones * Review contracts, cost proposals, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance * Help establish and document business processes to improve efficiency and operational consistency * Monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets, identifying any variances or risks **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, HR, or related field * 0–2 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or a related field * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) * High attention to detail with strong organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently * Basic understanding of business operations, budgeting, and process management **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business tools * Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, or analytics * Ability to analyze data and identify trends to support decision\-making * Strong problem\-solving and critical thinking skills \#INDOEM
