Senior Business Analyst

The Sr. Delivery \& Operational Intelligence Analyst will drive both tactical and strategic operations initiatives within the Advertising and Data Platforms team. This role requires advanced analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, prioritize effectively in demanding environments, and initiate solutions. They will partner with key executives in engineering, product, program, and finance to enable seamless operations and execution of strategic priorities. What the right candidate will enjoy: * Working directly with senior executives, including SVP/EVP, for hands\-on Chief of Staff and Business operations experience. * Exposure to strategic initiatives within a leading global organization. What type of experience does the right candidate have: * Minimum of 5\+ years of related experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, or a related field within a technology\-driven organization. * Highly proficient with Excel, Executive presentations, and experience with Claude. * Experience working with tech budgets, including opex, capex, resourcing models, and offshore. What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: * Act as a liaison between senior leaders within ADP for ongoing executive team operations. * Oversee operational programs relating to resourcing, budgets, strategic planning, and status communications. * Plan key organizational communications and engagement forums such as town halls, leadership updates, and strategic readouts.
