With in\-house design, execution, and manufacturing capabilities, Essentia is known for design excellence, precision, and large\-scale turnkey solutions Role Overview As a **Business Development Manager**, you will be the face of Essentia in the Mumbai market. Your core focus will be to **network with architects, interior designers, developers, and builders**, generate new business opportunities, and convert relationships into long\-term partnerships and projects. Key Responsibilities * Proactively **meet architects, interior designers, consultants \& builders** to generate leads * Build and maintain strong relationships within Mumbai’s design \& real estate ecosystem * Represent Essentia at **industry events, exhibitions \& networking forums** * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design pitch discussions * Develop a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure * Coordinate with internal design, marketing \& execution teams for proposals * Track leads, partnerships, and performance through CRM \& reports Experience \& Profile Required * **4\+ years of experience** in Business Development / Sales * (Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, Luxury Lifestyle preferred) * Strong **network of architects \& interior designers in Mumbai** * Excellent communication, negotiation \& presentation skills * Self\-driven, relationship\-focused \& target\-oriented mindset Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
