You'll deliver high\-quality, evidence\-based care while working alongside a skilled and welcoming multidisciplinary team. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans * Provide effective, compassionate, and patient\-centered care * Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care * Educate patients and families to support progress and long\-term outcomes * Maintain thorough and accurate documentation * Float to multiple CSMO therapy locations as needed **Minimum Qualifications** -------------------------- * Licensed **Physical Therapist (PT)** * **BLS (CPR)** certification preferred * Strong communicationcustomer service skills * One year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred * Ability to travel among **5 CSMO PT locations** as needed **About CSMO** -------------- Founded in 1979, the Center for Sports MedicineOrthopaedics is the region's premier provider of orthopaedic, sports medicine, and therapy services.
