Project Coordinator (Advertising Agency)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Project Coordinator** to support our growing agency team. This is a client\-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys keeping projects on track, and has strong experience using **Asana** and workflow automations. This position will work closely with our Project Manager and Business Development Manager to ensure projects are organized, deadlines are met, and client communication is handled professionally. **Key Responsibilities** **Client Support \& Communication** * Attend client calls and provide professional coordination support * Take clear notes, track action items, and ensure next steps are followed * Manage client\-facing email communication in a timely and organized manner **Project Management \& Asana Coordination** * Create, update, and maintain project boards in **Asana** * Enter tasks, assign deadlines, and monitor progress across multiple projects * Ensure all work is organized, structured, and easy for the team to execute **Automation \& Workflow Improvement** * Help streamline project management processes using automations * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across workflows * Support the team in keeping systems clean, repeatable, and well\-managed **Internal Team Support** * Directly support the Project Manager and Business Development Manager * Keep deliverables, reviews, and approvals moving forward smoothly **Qualifications** We are looking for someone who is: * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and dependable * Experienced with **Asana** (advanced familiarity strongly preferred) * Comfortable using automations and process improvement tools * Professional, confident, and personable on client calls * Strong communicator (written and verbal) * Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Job Types: Part\-time, Contract Pay: $17\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Work Location: Remote
