**Experience:**
* Previous experience with rota planning and care management systems.
* Knowledge of CQC standards and care sector compliance.
(Similar experience is welcomed but not essential)
**Skills needed for the role:**
Excellent organisational and time\-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
IT competent – able to use scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and care software.
Confident decision\-maker with good problem\-solving skills

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and schedule daily care visits, ensuring all shifts are covered effectively.
* Carry out client care needs assessments, risk assessments, and regular care plan reviews.
* Develop, review, maintain, and update personalised care plans in line with individual needs and preferences.
* Visit clients’ homes to assess needs or support quality assurance checks where appropriate.
* Support recruitment, induction, and training of care staff, helping match carers to appropriate visits.
* Provide guidance and support to carers, ensuring they understand care plans and responsibilities.
* Monitor performance through supervision, spot checks, and feedback.
* Liaise confidently with clients, families, health and social care professionals, and external agencies.
* Handle incoming enquiries and act as a main point of contact for clients and staff.
* Maintain excellent communication between office, staff, and service users.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies at all times.
* Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date client records, staff rotas, risk assessments, and other documentation.
* Investigate and report incidents or complaints in line with policy
* Participate in a shared out\-of\-hours on\-call rota to respond to urgent care needs or staff shortages.

Pay: £23,000\.00\-£26,000\.00 per year
