Remote Senior Blockchain Developer

Our client, an innovative leader in the decentralized technology space, is looking for a talented Senior Blockchain Developer to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable blockchain solutions, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and tokenized ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in blockchain architecture, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms. Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Solidity, Go, Rust, or JavaScript is essential, along with experience with major blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon). You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into functional, robust blockchain applications. A strong understanding of security best practices for smart contract development and a commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation are critical. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a passion for decentralized technologies and a desire to contribute to the future of finance and technology. You will play a key role in shaping the company's blockchain strategy and product roadmap. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms. Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based systems. Architect and implement robust blockchain solutions tailored to specific business needs. Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technology advancements, trends, and best practices. Identify and address technical vulnerabilities and security risks in blockchain systems. Optimize blockchain applications for speed, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for blockchain initiatives. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technology. Strong proficiency in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity) and experience with blockchain frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle). Experience with one or more major blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polkadot). Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Rust, JavaScript, or Python. Understanding of cryptographic principles and distributed ledger technology. Experience with token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721). Familiarity with Web3 technologies and libraries. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team setting. Experience with dApp development and deployment is highly desirable.
