HCM DevOps Engineer

**Job Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled \*\*HCM DevOps Engineer\*\* to join our team and support enterprise cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in \*\*SAP Converged Cloud, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, SUSE Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation\*\*. This role requires hands\-on experience building scalable cloud environments, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), managing containerized workloads, and supporting modern DevOps and GitOps practices. **\#\# Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain DevOps solutions for enterprise applications and cloud platforms. * Manage and support infrastructure within SAP Converged Cloud environments. * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. * Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform and Ansible. * Administer and troubleshoot SUSE Linux environments. * Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm. * Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash. * Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD. * Manage secrets and secure configurations using HashiCorp Vault. * Support cloud infrastructure and services across enterprise environments. * Monitor system performance, reliability, and security. * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve deployment processes. * Support multi\-tenant platforms and cloud\-native solutions. * Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. **\#\# Required Qualifications** * 8\+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation. * Strong expertise with SAP Converged Cloud. * Hands\-on experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipeline implementation. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). * Strong automation experience using Ansible. * Advanced knowledge of SUSE Linux administration. * Experience with Kubernetes and Helm. * Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting. * Experience with cloud computing environments and database technologies. * Knowledge of GitOps practices and tools such as Argo CD. * Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management. * Experience building, implementing, or supporting multi\-tenant solutions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **\#\# Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms. * Knowledge of container security and Kubernetes best practices. * Experience with enterprise\-scale cloud deployments. * Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools. * Experience supporting HCM applications and platforms. **\#\# Required Skills** * SAP Converged Cloud * GitLab * GitLab CI/CD * Terraform * Ansible * SUSE Linux * Kubernetes * Helm * Python * Bash Scripting * GitOps * Argo CD * HashiCorp Vault * Cloud Computing * Infrastructure Automation * Multi\-Tenant Architecture **\#\# Preferred Skills** * AWS * Azure * GCP * Docker * Platform Engineering * Cloud Security * Monitoring \& Observability Tools
