As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of translating business needs into actionable insights, leveraging cutting\-edge tools and methodologies to support continuous growth and success. **\** * Project Overview * The Child Support Services Applications Team is responsible for developing and maintaining applications * in support of the Child Support Services Division (CSSD), including PACSS (Palmetto Automated Child * Support System), SDNH (State Directory of New Hires), and the Client Portal application. * Duties/Responsibilities: * • Work closely with the State Functional Manager and Business Analysts to identify areas for * improvement within PACSS and deliver practical, actionable recommendations. * • Analyze existing workflows to uncover inefficiencies and pain points. * • Design optimized workflows for complex processes in alignment with South Carolina business * requirements. * • Propose enhanced functionality for complex financial activities within PACSS. * • Design self\-guiding workflows, including guided navigation, tooltips, and contextual assistance, * for critical areas such as order entry and financial adjustments. * • Design user\-friendly features such as step\-by\-step wizards, contextual help, and automated * guidance to improve usability and reduce training needs. * • Conduct stakeholder interviews as needed to gain a comprehensive understanding of South * Carolina business processes. * • Collaborate with other Business Analysts to develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, * and provide general assistance during testing activities. * • Participate in regular functional meetings focused on user\-reported issues, enhancements, and * bug triage to review progress, discuss solutions, and align on priorities. * **Education and Certifications:** * **A Bachelor’s degree is required.
